Project Description

This retail centre is located in the heart of the Central Business District adjacent to the Shangri-La Hotel, Komtar Tower and the old historic quarter of Penang.  The focus of the retail areas will be fashion with the introduction of a number of 'firsts' for Penang.

A 'pavilion' restaurant located on the upper floor of the centre will be a new feature for the skyline with panoramic views of the City.

An open and transparent approach to the architecture has been taken that allows dramatic views into the retail areas particularly at night.
